After-sales support
We are on going to develop after sales service station in the most important market, to carry out examination and evaluation in periodically, to make sure it has ability to meet after sales service requirement.
At the time of delivery, our engineer to make detailed introduction to customers of products operational performance and technical requirement, demonstrate the specialized device operating instruction , usage of key component and maintenance instruction.
After-sales service
We will provide after-sales service, give training to the operator, as well as to provide relevant technical docs. Customers is obligated to perform daily and periodical maintenance and common troubleshooting for chassis and its upper structure, to keep the vehicles in good condition and its special function in correct operation
Supply of spar parts
We’ve built parts storage, to supplement it based on monitoring consumption and demanding situation, to ensure reasonable storage level.
Development of after sales station
Based on evaluation of after-sales service ability of associated chassis manufacturing brand, we decided whether to integrated it in our after sales service network.
