Based on the existing R&D experience of new energy cleaning vehicles, the pure electric cleaning vehicle is a new generation of new energy cleaning equipment innovatively developed for cleaning and maintenance operations on urban roads, roadsides, isolation piers, green belts and other areas. It is equipped with auxiliary functions such as water spraying and dust suppression, partial cleaning and high-pressure vehicle washing. When needed, it can also water flowers and trees in green belts, spray water to reduce dust on construction sites, factory areas, coal yards and other road sections, and can also serve as an emergency fire water truck.

　　The fixed-point cleaning device can achieve all-round swing. The high-pressure handheld spray gun can effectively clean heavily dirty and oily floors. The front spray rack is controlled by an electric push rod, enabling a 20-degree rotation left and right and a pitching range from 0 to 30 degrees up and down. Its maximum cleaning width reaches 15 meters, and the maximum water pressure of the system can reach 10MPa during operation.

　　The water tank adopts a single-layer structure made of high-quality steel plates, with anti-corrosion treatment applied to the inner wall. It features a large capacity while effectively reducing the tank's weight. The auxiliary motor adopts stepless speed regulation, which can adjust the flow rate and pressure of cleaning operations at any time.

　　The pure electric cleaning vehicle is equipped with dual water pumps. Based on a standard Class II pure electric chassis, it is fitted with a high-pressure flushing system and a low-pressure flushing system. The high-pressure system has excellent cleaning performance, removing road dirt with high pressure and low water flow. The low-pressure system features multiple functions including road watering, cooling, dust suppression, dirt flushing, road maintenance, garden irrigation and emergency fire fighting. The spraying system is capable of effective dust suppression, air disinfectant spraying and air humidity regulation.
