





The pure electric compression garbage truck is a high-end intelligent rear-loading compression garbage truck. The entire vehicle is fully enclosed and adopts Electro-Mechanical-Hydraulic integration technology. With the combined automatic control system of machinery, electricity and hydraulics, it uses special devices such as garbage bins, loaders and push shovels to complete the dumping, crushing, compressing and unloading of garbage. The sewage generated during compression is squeezed out along with the forced loading process and all flows into the sewage tank. It is mainly used for the collection and transportation of barreled, bagged and bulk household garbage in residential areas, communities, large factories and mines, government agencies, institutions, schools and narrow streets in old urban areas.
Adopting advanced bidirectional compression technology, it delivers powerful compression performance. It features short feeding time, as well as brief single-cycle durations for loading and unloading operations. Its feeding methods cover the main domestic waste collection forms, including tipping 120L/240L/660L waste bins, 300L round iron bins and hopper-style containers.
Accurately configure motor performance parameters for the garbage compression truck's specific operating conditions, and set appropriate motor speeds for different actions as required. The throttle valve is eliminated to reduce power loss and system heat. A full set of sensors is equipped to collect various data and build a large database. The system can predict potential fault points. Once a fault occurs, the monitoring platform enables rapid fault diagnosis and troubleshooting. It also conducts precise analysis on the vehicle's operating status based on big data.
The operation system is equipped with a central control screen and a rear operation panel respectively. The central control screen in the cab can control the push shovel for unloading, select operation modes, and monitor the status of proximity switches and sensor signals. It also supports functions such as displaying upper body fault codes, as well as monitoring and showing the electrical parameters of the upper body motors and electronic control systems. The rear operation panel of the loader controls the operation of the compression mechanism and feeding mechanism, delivering extremely convenient operation. Especially at landfills, operators can complete the unloading process without getting off the vehicle.
