The HWL5020TXSBEV electric washing and sweeping vehicle is a new generation multi-functional sanitation vehicle fully developed by our company. It is built on a specialized heavy-duty electric Class II chassis (Chassis Model：ZB1022BEVGDRJ0).
The vehicle is only 1.35 meters wide. The cleaning water tank and garbage binare separated, while the cleaning water tank volume is 700L, which adoptsrotational moulding integration technology, offering an elegant appearance,customized color, long service life, without corrosion problem associated with welded body. The sewage tank has a capacity of 800L.It is equipped with hydraulic tipper device. Itshigh-position uploading can connect with 660L garbage can or garbage compactor vehicle.
High-Performance Chassis: Built on a single-seat chassis with an overall body width of only 1,350 mm, it delivers excellent maneuverability and a small turning radius. The rear-wheel load-bearing suspension enables high payload capacity, and it supports both DC charging and AC charging. The chassis is equipped with electric power steering (EPS), hydraulic brakes with front disc / rear drum layout, heating & cooling air conditioner, ABS and EBS brake vacuum booster system, offering flexible steering and reliable braking performance.
Upper Body Operation System: The upper structure supports one-touch remote control and touchscreen operation. The remote control can realize start/stop, brush lifting/lowering, fan speed control, suction nozzle operation, waste dumping and tank lowering functions. The touchscreen adopts CAN bus control for simple operation. Core functions can be activated with a single tap, and all working operations can be managed via the touchscreen inside the cab.
Powerful Functions: In addition to standard configurations including washing & sweeping, hose reel, fan self-cleaning and sewage tank self-cleaning, the vehicle is fitted with a handheld suction hose and handheld high-pressure water gun. Front spray, opposing spray and spot spray (typical road maintenance functions) are available as optional equipment.
